Wayne C Haslem, 91, died January 1, 2020, in Murray, Utah at the Intermountain Medical Center. 
He was born July 9, 1928, in Bennett, Utah, to Clair and Doris Ann Diamond Haslem. He grew up in Bennett and graduated from Alterra High School. Served in the Army during the Korean War. 
He married Mildred Robinson December 25, 1958, and they had twin daughters LaDonna and LaWanna Haslem. They later divorced. He married Valorie McCarty on February 27, 1988, and they lived in Hanna, Utah, and part-time in Harrisburg, Utah. 
Wayne was a High Priest in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings, including the bishopric of the Tabiona Ward. Wayne’s main profession was as a heavy equipment operator, working on projects in Alaska, Hawaii, and in various other western states. He was a member of the Operator’s Union and loved his work.
Wayne is survived by wife, Valorie Haslem, Sandy; daughters, LaDonna Haslem, Taylorsville; LaWanna Faircloth, Vernal; step-daughters, Louise Martin, Vernal; Cheree Karren, Vernal; Krystal Fabrizo, Hanna; Suzy Bagshaw, West Jordan; step-son, Steve Stanton, Roosevelt; step-daughter, Sandy Bowden, West Jordan; brother, William J “Bill” Haslem, St. George; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ray Haslem  sister, Joyce Haslem Bolton and great grandson, Taylor James..
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the Tabiona Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Hullinger Mortuary, on Friday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday at the church from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
Interment in the Tabiona Cemetery with military honors presented by the Duchesne American Legion, Utah Honor Guard, and the Patriot Guard Riders.
