Shannon Wendy Gardner

    Shannon Wendy “Rocky” Gardner, age 27, passed away April 12, 2021 at her home in Ft. Duchesne.
    Rocky was born August 21, 1993 to SueAnn Cuch Cotonuts and Vance Gardner.  She was raised by her mother SueAnn and step father Jubinal Esquibel.  
    She loved to play basketball, but her real passion was art, mostly drawing.
    She liked to bear dance when she was younger.  She loved listening to Round dance and bird songs.  She delighted in making people laugh and was always teasing everyone.  She loved nieces, nephews, and fur babies.
    She is survived by her mother and step father, brother Arick Cotonuts, and sister Becca Gardner and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
    She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, great grandparents, uncles, sisters and nephews. She was cradle Episcopalian and a member of St. Elizabeth’s in Whiterocks.
    Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington Cemetery near Whiterocks.
