Whit James Frazer, age 60, of Neola, passed away March 7, 2024, at the Uintah Basin Sr. Villa.
  He was born November 4, 1963, in Tucson, Arizona, to John Frazer Jr. and Karen Anderson Frazer.
  Whit is survived by his mother, Karen Chivers, of Neola; a sister, Melissa Taylor, of Lapoint, and nieces and nephews.
  He was preceded in death by his father, John Frazer; brothers, Wesley V. Frazer and Tyson S. Frazer; and his step-father, Kenneth Chivers.
  Per his wishes, he was cremated.
