Thomas Allen Tahguv, age 38, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away August 26, 2021.
He was born July 13, 1983, in Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, to Zane Tahguv and Persingula LaRose.
Thomas has worked in the oilfield as a security supervisor, in the cabinetry business, and was recently a student at Utah State University working towards getting his business degree. His favorite pastime was music and creating rap lyrics, and he was the biggest fan of the hip hop duo, “Insane Clown Posse.” He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and cooking – especially desserts. He loved his kids and spending time with his family – specifically playing video games with them. He was a man who was very kind, had a good heart, laughed and teased often, and always had a smile. He would do anything for anyone.
Thomas is survived by his children, Shawn, Jaymie, & Jason Tahguv, former companion, Pamela Irene Cuch; father, Zane (Treena) Tahguv, all of Ft. Duchesne; mother, Persingula LaRose, Cortez, CO; siblings, Vato (Clarabelle) Tahguv, Ft. Duchesne; Zana Tahguv, Ogden; Maurice LaRose, Cortez; grandmother, Gertrude Tahguv, Ft. Duchesne; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by an infant child; grandfathers, Allen Tahguv & Thomas LaRose.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ouray-Tabbee Cemetery. He will be taken to Pamela Irene Cuch's home (5000 E 4000 N) for a wake on Monday at 4:00 p.m.
