Steven Hullinger

Steven Dean Hullinger, age 64, formerly of Roosevelt, Utah, passed away July 31, 2026, of an apparent heart attack at his home in Nephi.

He was born June 25, 1962, in Roosevelt, to Hollis Gilbert “Gib” and Arake Horrocks Hullinger. He married Debra Ann “Debbie” Yoder, and they later divorced.

Steven worked as a truck driver all of his life, whether it was long-haul, local, or oil field, he was always in a truck. He was quiet, but people liked to be around him because of his great sense of humor. He loved being with his children and grandchildren.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints.

Steven is survived by his children, Casey (Amanda) Shenberger, Elyria OH; Korry (Esther) Hullinger, Nephi; Lance (Shanny) Hullinger, Aurora, UT; grandchildren, Jamison & Nathaniel Shenberger; Bradee Marinoni, Brock, Kenadee, Jaidelee, & Kaidence Hullinger; siblings, Gil (Karla) Hullinger, Roosevelt; Rodney (Lisa) Hullinger, Spokane, WA; Clayton (Julie) Hullinger, St. George; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Roosevelt East Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints., 594 N 600 E.

Following the service, his cremated remains will be buried in the Hayden Cemetery.
