    Stanton Max “Stan” Finley, age 76, passed away March 24, 2024, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
    Stan was born with his twin sister, Shannon, on May 14, 1947, in Price, Utah. He was born to Max Raymond Finley and Vera Elizabeth Rolph.
    He spent his early years in the small coal camp of Hiawatha, Utah, which always retained a special place in his memories. He graduated from Carbon High School in Price, Utah, in 1965, after establishing himself as somewhat of a local legend for his beautiful tenor voice and musical ability. He later graduated from the College of Eastern Utah.
    Stan married Lucia Pappas on April 7, 1979, in Price. They later divorced. They were the parents of twin sons. He marreid Traci Grant, and they later divorced. He had a longtime partner, Michelle Sellers.
    Stan is survived by his sons, Ian Finley, Raleigh, NC; and Ethan Finley (Samantha), and granddaughter, Julia Finley, Arlington, VA; daugher, Kimberly Deto, Ferron, Utah; twin sister, Shannon (Gail) Hamilton, Duchesne, UT; brother, Randall (Jill) Finley, Woodland Hills, UT; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
    Stan’s journey through life was difficult, may he now be at peace. Memory eternal.
    Per his wishes, Stan was cremated.
