Spencer James Nephi

Spencer James Nephi, age 60, of Clallam, Washington, passed away November 4, 2021, in a hospital there.

He was born August 9, 1961, in Oakland, California, to Jude May Long and Phillip Nephi.
He is survived by his aunt, Ina Nephi; uncle, Jonas (Joy) Grant; cousins and other relatives: Paul Mascarenas, Johnny Diaz, Angela Beltran, Angie Diaz, Amos Diaz, Tissy Cuch, RoseAnn Myore, Delana Mart, Jolene Poowegup, Betina Redfoot, Jonas Grant-Bullethead, Sr., Joni Grant-Mojado, Jonas Grant Jr., Jonna Grant, Jon Grant, Sheylelynn Grant, Priscilla Grant, Eudora Nephi, Oddie Diaz, Jonah Grant and all the Nephi’s.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Debbie Nephi; aunt, Lorna Diaz; cousins, Bobby Nephi, Linda Nephi, Jerry Mascarenas.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary.
Burial will be in the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery.
