Scott Michael Landry, age 57, of Roosevelt, died unexpectedly on May 19, 2026, at his home from a stroke.

He was born April 14, 1969, in New Orleans, Lousiana, to George and Sheila Landry. The family moved to Roosevelt, Utah, in August of 1976.

He married Nanette Campbell, and they later divorced. He married Brandi Dahlberg, and they later divorced. 

Scott was known for his hard work and equally hard play. He loved being outdoors! He was proud of his New Orleans heritage.

Scott is survived by his children, Tyson (Rachel) Landry; Brandon Landry; McKenzee Landry (Stetson Jessen); Cierra (Chuck)Hamblin; Austin (Layla) Potter; Jaxon (Jewels) Underwood; former spouse, Brandi; 7 grandchildren; parents, Sheila & George Landry; a brother, Quinn Landry; and a niece, Courtney (Brandon) Beasley.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Michele Landry; and his grandparents, Althea & Alfred Kassel, and George & Ethel Landry.

The Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Grace Events Center. Please come and share your stories of Scott! An open house will follow the celebration of life.
