Ralph W. Slaugh, age 99, of Roosevelt, passed away February 4, 2026, at the Uintah Basin Sr. Villa.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Roosevelt 11th Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (250 W 200 N). There will be a viewing that morning from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the church.
Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park with military honors presented.
