Patricia Ann Bell

Patricia Ann Bell, age 86, of Whiterocks, passed away February 21, 2024, at the Ashley Valley Medical Center.

    She was born May 30, 1937, in Laurel, Mississippi, to William H and Ruby B Loftin Price.  She married Norman D. Bell on October 5, 1985, in Las Vegas.  They were later sealed in the Vernal Temple.  He died December 13, 2016.

    Patricia was a wonderful homemaker and she loved her cats, dogs, birds – really animals of all types.  In her younger days she decorated many beautiful cakes and really enjoyed roller skating and watching her soap operas.  

    She was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.      

    Patricia is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Drake, Phoenix, Arizona; Lisa (Rick) Michke, Port Angeles, Washington; grandchildren, Kyle, Stephanie, Paul, Collin, Nikki, William; 7 great-grandchildren; very special friends and caretakers, LaRae & Stan Hoopes, and her beloved dog, “Brittany.”

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; son, William David Rathbun; and son-in-law, Kenneth Drake.

    Graveside services held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Neola Cemetery, Neola, Utah.
