    MaryAnn Winn Forakis, age 91, of Duchesne, passed away on November 2, 2026 at her home.
    Mary was born May 26, 1935 in Neola, Utah to Morris J and Mary Eliza Perry Winn.  She married Jimmy J Forakis on July 22, 1950, they were later sealed in the Jordan River Temple.  He died September 20, 2018.
    Mary enjoyed shopping, cooking, playing solitaire, doing puzzles, coloring, snowmobiling, quilting, traveling, going to Wendover, bowling, and watching the Jazz play.  She enjoyed holidays and delighted in making a spook alley for others to come and visit.  
    Her family was most important to her, she cherished spending time with each of them and especially their family suppers.
    She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings through the years.  Her and Jimmy served in the Provo and Vernal Temple.
    She is survived by her children, Debbie Brown, Duchesne; Mary Ellen Forakis, West Jordan, Jimmy J Forakis, Jr., West Valley City; son-in-law, John Bell, Riverton; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
    She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jimmie, daughter, Shirley Bell, grandson, Cory Jay Bell, and her siblings, Mae Freestone, Reta Smith, Vaudis Crow, Vee Winn, Eldon Winn, and Gwenda Mackey.
    Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at the Duchesne Stake Center.  A viewing will be held from 9:00 - 9:30 AM.
    Burial will be in the Redwood Memorial Cemetery in Salt Lake at 3:00 PM.
