LuCinda "Cindy" Phelps

     LuCinda Ann "Cindy" Phelps, 68, of Roosevelt, Utah, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 22, 2024.
     Cindy was born September 3, 1955, in Dickinson, ND to Robert and Leona Pachl. She attended Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah and graduated in 1974. Cindy’s love and generosity toward others were expressed in so many ways. She thoroughly enjoyed spending her time traveling to see her children and grandchildren wherever they were.
     She found joy hiking, dancing, playing cards and cheering on the Denver Broncos as a lifelong fan.
     Cindy was sure to never let you leave a room or end a phone call without her saying “love you more.”
     Cindy was a gift to all those who knew her, but she was, above all, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend.
     Cindy is survived by her three children, daughter Jessica Phelps (husband Tony and two grandchildren Isabella and Levi), son Zachery Phelps ( Alex Cox), son Joshua Phelps, her siblings Karen, Lori, Dorene, Kristi, and Robert, Mother Leona, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cindy was preceded in death by Robert Pachl (father) Trinity Anderton (nephew) and her baby daughter ( born sleeping)
