    Lee Jay McIntyre, Jr., age 71, of Altamont, passed away November 4, 2025, at the Uintah Basin Medical Center in Roosevelt, Utah.
    He was born May 8, 1954, in California, to Lee Jay and Carol  McCurry McIntyre.  He married Janet Monroe on July 26, 1975 in Scipio, Utah.  She died October 18, 2013.
    Lee served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
    He worked as an installer and repair specialist for home electronics; things such as sound systems, televisions, and home security systems.  He moved his family all over the united states and lived in Las Vegas, California, Colorado, Texas, and Utah, to name a few.  His pastimes were baseball and karate, and teaching and expressing his knowledge to others.  He was outspoken and stubborn and basically just a handful!  
    He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
    Lee is survived by his children, Alicia Lund, Taylorsville; Lee McIntyre, III, (Ashley Roberts), West Jordan; 11 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter; siblings, Dennis McIntyre; Kathy McIntyre and Michelle McIntyre.  
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet; his parents, Lee & Carol; a son, Gavin McIntyre; and siblings, Rick, & Corrine.
    Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Altamont Cemetery with Military Honors presented.
