Larry Blanton

    Larry Don Blanton, age 52, of Roosevelt, Utah, passed away with his sweetheart by his side, on June 25, 2026 at his home, after a 9 year battle with cancer.
    Larry was born March 22, 1974 in Dallas, Texas to Larry Thomas and Donna Lou Gaub Blanton.  
    Larry enjoyed the outdoors, taking walks, going to the mountains, hunting, fishing and just enjoying the fresh air.  Larry loved sports, football being his favorite, he was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.  Family was the most important thing in his life, he delighted in spending time with his children, attending their events and just being with them, weather it was doing outdoor activities, family BBQ’s or just watching TV.  Larry found joy in the simple things and always had a smile on his face.
    He is survived by his wife, Donna Blanton; children, Shantel (Jake) Moore, Kayden, and Samantha Blanton and Elizabeth Blanton, his special granddaughter, Lilleth Allen and he was excited for one more to arriving in December.  He is also survived by his siblings, Toni (Paul) Sultan, Mike (Tara) Fizzy, Matt (Ronda) Doss Ben Sprudley, and his niece and nephew, Philip and Allie, he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
    He is preceded in death by his parents, and many other relatives..
    Per his wishes he was cremated.
