Kirk Allan Cairns

Kirk Allan Cairns, age 53, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away September 21, 2021, at the Intermountain Medical Center in Salt Lake City, due to a long illness.
He was born January 18, 1968, in Casper, Wyoming, to Patricia Baca and Daniel Cairns. He married Orlanna Taveapont and they later divorced but remained close.
Kirk worked as a mechanic and enjoyed collecting junk cars so he could fix them up. His other pastimes were gambling, listening to loud music, and riding around in cars. He was a good cook, gardener, and bird watcher.
He is survived by his companion, Orlanna Taveapont; and grandkids, Aiyana, J-Lin, and niece, Christalyn.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery. There will be a wake at Orlanna’s home on Monday after 4:00 p.m.
