Kindrik P.R. Navanick, age 24, of Lapont, Utah, passed away July 28, 2026 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Kindrik was born November 26, 2001 in Vernal, Utah to Ty H Navanick and Sasahlen Kurip. Later he was raised by Ty and Delloy.
Kindrik grew up in Whiterocks, Yellowstone and later in Lapoint, Utah. Being outdoors was his sanctuary. He was taken hunting since he was in diapers and has been doing everything outdoors since. He enjoyed nature, hunting, fishing, and shedding. He could walk for miles and never get tired. He would often go fishing with his nephew, Cordell. Kindrik was known to his nieces and nephews as “Uncle Bigfoot”. He worked in the oil fields and enjoyed his association with those he worked and met.
Kindrik loved his family and friends beyond words. He would always tell you he loves you before parting ways. He was known for his calm demeanor, and would offer to help anyone.
Kindrik was a generous, kind, funny, wise, straight up honest and a loyal individual.
If he wasn’t doing his outdoor hobbies, he was working on his trucks. He never let them break down. He liked stepping on the gas pedal and hearing the sound of his Duramax truck. He always thought someone was going to race him. In Kindrik’s words “take care of your vehicle like you would your lady”.
Kindrik was involved with sports growing up. He played football for the Ute Tribe Recreation and Baseball for Roosevelt City Leagues. He also played on their traveling team that took them to play in tournaments throughout the State. His all time favorite team is the New England Patriots.
Spaghetti was one of his favorite foods, but only if it was “Moms Spaghetti”, cause nobody made it like her.
He loved him some Suicide Boyz, Morgan Wallen and Ella Langley.
Kindrik and Ukiah Tapoof are expecting a son “Kyler” who he was patiently waiting to meet. We know he would have been an awesome father.
Kindrik will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his parents, Ty Navanick & Delloy Arrowchis; his mother, Sasahlen Kurip; his companion, Ukiah Tapoof; siblings, Alexa Manning, Trevor (Meghan) Manning, special nephews, Cordell and Payton Manning; grandparents, Cheron Navanick and Cassandra Kochamp aunts and uncles, Arrianna Kurip, Kellee Jim, Zane Jim, Isaac, Lori Ann, Wendy, Chasity, Misty, Brandy, Joe, Wendellena,, & Ace Navanick and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
