Kim Will Thompson, age 65, of Roosevelt, passed away July 23, 2024, at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City.
Kim was born on October 31, 195,8 in Roosevelt, Utah, to Willis amd Yvonne Brock Thompson.
Kim worked for the Ute Indian Tribe for many years in various positions, he was Co-op Manger at the time of his passing. He was a man that enjoyed life. He enjoyed riding his Harleys, traveling, and making friends from all over. He was a talented artist, mostly in drawing and leatherwork. He was a cattleman and was a skilled hunter and bowhunter. He enjoyed spending time with all of his family and friends, and loved them all.
Kim is survived by his sister, Noreen (Fred Sr.) Thompson-Hulin; brother, Kylie Thompson; nieces, Rowena “Dolly” (William) Thompson Reed, Racell Thompson, Sasha Lopez, and Scarlett Thompson; nephews, Jerred Hulin, Reece Lopez, and Wyatt Thompson; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandfather, Tommy Thompson; grandmothers, Rose Sibello & Alice Ann Tuck; and sister, Christine Ann Thompson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the ft. Duchesne Community Building.
A wake will be held on Friday after 3:00 PM at the community building.
Burial in the Ouray-Tabbee Cemetery.
