John Reeves “Johnny” “Bebo” Cesspooch, Jr., age 53, of Whiterocks, died on May 22, 2025, at the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray. Bebo was born on March 26, 1972, in Roosevelt, Utah, to John Reeves Cesspooch, Sr., and Roberta Mae Cuch Cesspooch. Bebo, a skilled carpenter by trade and a beloved member of his community, passed away leaving behind a legacy of hard work, laughter, and authenticity. Known for his craftsmanship, Bebo dedicated his time and talents not only to his own work but also to helping others—assisting tribal workers during Bear Dance and Sundance with building corrals, and pitching in on local home projects for neighbors and friends. Despite the challenges of arthritis, Bebo lived life on his own terms—full of fun, friendship, and fearlessness. In his own words, he was “all natural.” That’s just who he was—unapologetically himself. You could take it or leave it, but either way, you always knew where you stood with Bebo. His uniqueness and spirit made him truly authentic. He was the life of the party, the kind of person whose presence lit up the room and whose laugh carried across it. He cherished time with friends and loved ones, never missing a chance to enjoy the moment. Bebo will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. His memory lives on in the lives he touched, the structures he built, and the joy he brought to those lucky enough to know him. He was the king of Whiterocks, the Wu Town Killa. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Cesspooch Sr., and Roberta Cesspooch; siblings, Ronda Starr and Renelda Starr; nephew, Kyle Ted Manning; niece, Jessica Ontiveros; uncles, Duane Cuch, James Cuch, and Farrell Cuch; aunts, Naomi Cuch and Oliva Houle. A rosary will be held at the Hullinger Mortuary on Tuesday at 1:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 28, at the Whiterocks Community Building, with a luncheon following at 11:00.
