Joe Segura

    Joe M Segura, age 78, of Ballard, passed away on August 24, 2025 at this home.
    Joe was born April 19, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Frank Victor and Rebecca Casaus Segura.  He married Debra A Seddell on December 23, 1996 in Duchesne, Utah.
    Joe enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, shooting his guns, and delighted in his chickens and birds.  He enjoyed watching tv, especially sports.  He was known for his candy bowl and his cookie jar.  He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He loved each member of his family and they meant the world to him.  
    He is survived by his best friend and wife, Debra Segura, his children, Lisa Galicia (Daniel Ashton), Matthew (Cassie) Tuinman, Michael (Nicole) Tuinman, Dre (Emmi) Segura, 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and his siblings, Maclovio (Dorothy) Segura, Frank (Vi) Segura, Jerry Carman) Segura, Virginia Segura, Silvia Segura, Diane Segura, Pam Segura and Robert (Bonnie) Segura..
    He is preceded in death by his daughter Elizabeth Segura, and his siblings, Gilbert, Ricky, Andy, Susie and Priscilla.
    Per his wishes he will be cremated and the family will hold a private service.
