Jaydlen Schurz

Jaydlen Hailey Schurz, age 16, of Neola, born December 8, 2006, gained her wings December 7, 2022, while surrounded by her family.
    Through her battle with cancer she lived to inspire. Her passion for life and helping others can be seen through her book written to comfort children also beating cancer.
    She stood out as a fun and lighthearted person who made others laugh. She loved art, family, and playing games with friends.
    She was an advocate for all animals but especially loved her cat Luna, and is now reunited with her pugs Sludge, Tweek, and, Padme.
    Jaydlen is survived by her parents, Coby Schurz, Sandra Chatwin Schurz; siblings Rhylen and Lydia; grandparents, Steve and Sandy Schurz, Rose and (the late) Jerry Chatwin; and countless others.
