Gayla Kay Jack

Gayla Kay Jack, age 62, of Roosevelt, passed away June 23, 2024, at the Uintah Basin Medical Center.

 She was born March 22, 1962, of Roosevelt, to Roger and Esther Myore Penning Jack. 

 Gayla was a very private person who liked to be home with her grandchildren. She did enjoy going to the Pow Wows and Sundances, traveling to Idaho and Colorado, and playing bingo on her phone.

 Gayla is survived by her nieces, Gaylene (Braxton) Wopsock; Shalane Jack (Avery Checora); Crystal Jack; Mercedes Colorow; grandchidlren, Mickey, Colette, Kris, Roger, viola, and Clint; and an aunt, Helen Wash.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Glen, Huberta, LouAnn, Gloria, and Lawrence Jack, and many other relatives.

 Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery. There will be viewings on Monday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00-5:00 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary.
