Ellen Rae Johnson Clark, age 76, of Gusher, passed away May 23, 2021, at her home.
She was born June 17, 1945, in Vernal, to Benjamin Franklin and Katie Smuin Johnson.  She married John Edwin Clark on June 24, 1960, in Vernal and they were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on June, 24, 1966.  He died December 27, 2019.
Ellen enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, fishing, hunting, and wildlife.  She really liked watching the birds in her yard, quilting, and crocheting.  She had unconditional love for her family.  
Many people knew and loved her from her time working at the Chuck Wagon Café and various stores around Gusher.  She always had a smile and a kind word to whomever she was around. 
Ellen is survived by her children, Clayton (Theresa) Clark, Robert Clark, Lucy Clark, Vickie Vega, Sharron Clark White, Dannette (Chris) Clark, 15 grandkids, 30 great grandkids; siblings, Donna Rasmussen, Carroll (Earl) Gardner, Lea Anderson, Lanore Lance, Ben (Annette) Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John, and numerous family members. 
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ballard Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  The funeral service will be live-streamed and can be viewed here or at the link below.  There will be a viewing that morning from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the church.  
Burial will be in the Gusher Cemetery.
