Elaine Jean Malm LeFevre, age 80, of Roosevelt, passed away July 5, 2022, surrounded by family after having had a full and happy life.
She was born on August 25, 1941, in Salt Lake City, to Carl and Edith Peterson Malm. She married Gary LeFevre on August 11, 1961, and sealed in the Jordan River Temple on April 8, 1998. They had four children Trent, Tracy, Todd, and Natalie. He died October 2, 2007.
Elaine was a quick witted, educated, businesswoman who in a "man's world", at the time, paved the way for regulations in the bank auditing world.
Elaine cheated death multiple times with Guillain-Barre, Breast Cancer, and many more illnesses- always beating the odds. She enjoyed time with her family, canning, and shopping- maybe even a little too much.
Elaine was an avid active member in the LDS church holding many callings over the years.
Elaine was a stubborn, bull-headed, fun loving, adventure seeking, adoring woman- who we all will miss endlessly.
She is survived by her son, Todd (Amber) LeFevre of Roosevelt Utah; daughter, Natalie Jean (Jeffery) Vincent of Ammon Idaho; grandchildren, Joshua (Charlene) Vincent , Nicole Vincent, Megan (Cory) Wilson, Katherine (Damion) Miles, Emilee Vincent; great grand children, Crystell Thomas, Sebastiana Thomas, Gavin Vincent, Ruger Wilson, Jackson Wilson, Kemery Miles, and Kinsley Miles.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 children, Trent and Tracy, brother-in-law, Fred Eakin, sister, Carol Wilkinson, and grandson, Micheal Miles.
We would like to thank the loving and caring staff of Uintah Care Center, Uintah Basin Healthcare, Uintah Basin Home Health, and the Emergency Room at Ashley Regional Medical Center.
