Diane Marie Thompson Reed

Diane Marie Reed, age 71, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away November 20, 2021 at home from a sudden heart attack.
She was born September 26, 1950, in Valley City, North Dakota, to Theodore and Florence Elaine Hoff. She married Willard Thompson, later divorced. She then married Timothy Reed, and they later divorced.
Diane was a hard worker and had worked at the old Hilltop Gas Station, Howdy’s, Stanco Insulation, Frontier Grill, and Maverick. She enjoyed gardening, gambling in Wendover, and, in her younger days, cooking. She was a collector of many things and had many acquaintances. While she loved being with her family, especially her grandkids, she also liked her “me time.” She is very much loved and will be deeply missed it.
Diane is survived by her children, BJ (Rachel) Thompson Provo; Sarah Thompson (Sweets Myore), Ft. Duchesne; Shadow Larin-Reed (Tavian Larin), West Valley City; Tiffany Reed (Shalaiah Cornpeach), Ft. Duchesne; grandchildren, Joshua Hoff , Mason Wadsworth, Jesse Hoff, Jade Slim, Brooklyn Thompson, Summer Thompson, Toh’mate & Janie Myore, Lorayna Reed, Frankie Larin, Aitonna Larin-Reed, Anyla Larin-Reed, Kristopher Silva, great-granddaughter, Stella Slim; and brother, Gerald “Jerry” (Linda) Hoff, Lubbock, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Hoff, grandsons, Harley Hoff, Pablo Reed, Jr.; parents, Theodore & Florence; and a sister, Jacqueline Gronski.
Per her wishes, she was cremated and there will be a memorial service at a later date.
