Dawnette Gibbs

V. Dawnette "Donner" Gibbs, age 63, of LaVerkin, UT, passed away October 19, 2015, at her home.
She was born on August 23, 1952, in Vernal to Lena Isabelle Kimbel and Clinton Goodrich. She married Donald M. Gibbs on September 1, 1972 in Vernal where they lived until they decided to move to LaVerkin Utah in 1991.
Three words that we all think of when we think of Dawnette: Love - There was no one that Dawnette didn't love instantly; Helpful - She was always willing to help with any situation; Friendship - She never met someone that she didn't consider a friend
Dawnette left behind her husband of 43 years, Donald M. Gibbs of LaVerkin; daughter, Angie M. (Steve) Jennings, St George; son, Donald Paul (Lindsay) Gibbs, Newport News, Virginia; 3 grandchildren, Micaela Dawn, Dakota McKenzie, & Lincoln Montana Jennings; siblings, Bill & Chris Dye, Marie & Lonnie McGill, and Kim & Juanita Goodrich; and numerous other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton and Lena Goodrich; grandmother, Edith Kimbel (Granny-Grandma).
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 23, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary. There will be a viewing prior to the services beginning at 12:00 noon.
Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
