David Cuch Ashby

    David Christian Cuch Ashby, age 57, of Salt Lake City, passed away July 17, 2018 at a care center in Salt Lake.  He was born October 3, 1960 in Roosevelt.
    David enjoyed playing pool, listening to music, and riding around on his scooter.  He earned an associates degree from Salt Lake Community College.  
    He is survived by his children, Stacey Johnson (Andrew Arrington); Charles “Spike” Johnson; Valarie (Russell) Hansen; Crystal Brennan; and Angie (Mario) Gonzalez; 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; and many brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins from the Ashby and Cuch families.  
    He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Nema, whom he was especially close to.
    Graveside services held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the John Harmes Cemetery in Whiterocks.
