Daniel Walker

    Daniel Walker, age 75, of Vernal, passed away December 7, 2023 at his home.
    Daniel was born December 15, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Wallace Reed and Hope Rock Walker.  
    Daniel loved trains and made many train sets through the years.  He enjoyed being in the mountains and doing things in the outdoors.  He had a big heart and was willing to help others.  
    He liked trapping, going to rendezvous, rebuilding and custom work on Harley’s, and drinking and relaxing with his friends and family.
    He is survived by his children, Daniel Walker, Amber Johnson, Korri (Brandon) Jennings, Austin Walker, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and siblings, Bobbie Lowther Brent Walker and ex-wife, good friend and love of his life, Lori Walker.    
    He is also survived by his bonus family: daughters, Tracy Loretto, Brittany Franklin, Chance Noon, grandkids, Baquita Harris (Nathan Rasmussen), Antonete Espinoza, Daniel Montoya (Kelly), Cameo Montoya, Caprice Rasmussen (Jacson), Bruce Montoya (Makell), Anthony Expinoza Jr. (September), 20 great grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents.
    Per his wishes he was cremated.
