Terryl “Dale” Hullinger, age 50, of West Jordan, passed away July 19, 2022.  He succumbed to injuries he received in an ATV accident that left him paralyzed in 2015.   He was born on August 9, 1972.
Dale was an excellent father and loved his kids more than anything in the world. His love for them pushed him to fight so hard to live, he wanted to spend as much time with them as possible.
Dale loved school and would have been a professional student if he could have. He had many careers and excelled at them all. He was a very driven individual and was known as a hard worker. He worked on oil rigs, managed Taco Time, and was a car salesman just to name a few but the career he was most proud of was being a nurse. He loved helping others and his patients loved him! He was also proud of his semi-truck and enjoyed the time he was able to travel the world and see new places. Dale was always ready with stories to share from his experiences.
Dale loved sports and especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played and coached the sport for young ones who shared his passion. He was the kind of coach everybody wanted. He put a lot of heart into it. He coached Herriman little league, Dark Side, and The Storm. He was a proud coach of his son Sterling Hullinger and his nephew Cody Zufelt.
He loved trying new things and wanted to find the next adventure. Dale was fearless and loved to live life on the edge. He was the life of the party and lit up a room whenever he walked in. He was loved by so many and will be missed so dearly. He made an impact on everybody’s life and could make friends with anybody. He had so much love to give this world. He loved his friends and family so much. You knew you could rely on Dale and he was eager to offer his help in any situation.
Dale is survived by his mother Toni Baker, ex-wife Ruthann Huntsman and their two children, son Sterling Hullinger, daughter Callee Hullinger (Manuel Wagoner), daughter Abigail Huntsman and the youngest son,  Ryker Hullinger and his mother Rachael Melendez. Brother, Brad (Kendra) Verde; sister, Cheri (Keith) Ross; and sister, Elizabeth Hullinger, niece Harlie Hullinger and nephew Brayden Ross, as well as many other friends and family.
