Cynthia Satu Servigna

Cynthia Satu Maxfield Servigna, age 65, passed to eternity peacefully on July 3, 2024, in Altonah, Utah. 

 She was born to Perry and Raija Maxfield in Provo, Utah on June 2, 1959. 

 During her youth, she moved with her family to different parts of the country including New England and later to Venezuela, South America. There she received her secondary education and graduated from high school. Those were the happiest years of her life before poor health robbed her vigor. She had many friends and spoke fluent Spanish all her life. Satu graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Art History and Painting. 

 She married Alfredo Servigna in 1979 in the Provo temple. From their union was born a daughter, Kaisa Anneli. They later divorced.

 Satu had many hobbies like rock collecting, music, reading, pencil drawing, and painting. She loved people due to her love of life and its many beauties. Despite her poor health, she was always full of light and positivity. Her granddaughters were her joy and love.

 She leaves behind her daughter, Kaisa and her husband Royce, and their three daughters, her mother, two brothers, two sisters and their families, and many other relatives. All loved her and she will be greatly missed.

 Per her wishes, she will be cremated. A graveside service to bury the cremated remains will be held on August 10, 2024, at the Altonah Cemetery, Altonah, Utah.
