She was learning beadwork at the Nu-Mamp-Sur-Gurchew (which means “Talk with your hands.”) She was a part of the Native American Church and attended Bear Dances, Sundances, and Pow Wows. She was a member of the Red Hat Society in Minnesota and was a part of the deaf community in both Utah and Minnesota.
She is very much loved and will be deeply missed.
Clarinda is survived by her sisters, Jackie (Jerry) Tapoof, Whiterocks; Roxy Myore, Tridell; 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces nephews and other relatives.
