Carol Plumlee

    Carol Lynn Plumlee, age 66, of Vernal, passed away July 18, 2025. at her daughter’s home in Vernal.
    Carol was born December 23, 1958 in Portland, Oregon to James and Janie Phillips Plumlee.  She married Scott Gregerson, they later divorced.
    Carol loved hummingbirds, daffodils, collecting crystals, studying the star constellations, and fishing.  She loved her children, and grandchildren and delighted in spending time with them.  She was a graceful kind person who will be missed dearly.
    She is survived by her children, Apryl (Shane) Robbins, Matthew Foley, Nicolas Wynne, 12 grandchildren, and her siblings, Darla (Dave) Maurine, Beverly Lagow, Kenneth Plumlee, Michael Plumlee, William (Sheryl) Plumlee, Michelle Brandsma and Debra Plumlee.
    She is preceded in death by her parents, her two children, Charles and Joseph Foley, and siblings, Mytle Wilson, Kevin, Bobby & Jerry Plumlee.
    Per her wishes she will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held in Oregon at a later date.
