Carol Jean Felter, age 89, formerly of Vernal, Utah, passed away July 6, 2026.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary in Roosevelt. There will be a viewing from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the mortuary.
Burial will be in the Lapoint Cemetery.
