Bobbie Mortensen

Roberta Elaine “Bobbie” Ojier Mortensen, age 73, of Cedarview, passed away August 31, 2021, at her home.
She was born February 21, 1948, in Grant, Nebraska, to Robert E and Velada Jean Andrews Ojier. She married Barry E. Mortensen on September 5, 1999, in Reno, Nevada.
Bobbie was a homebody who enjoyed listening to music, crocheting, crossword puzzles, watching TV, and reading. She loved her cats and dogs and often took in many strays.
Bobbie is survived by her husband, Barry, of Cedarview; daughters, Barbara Donnadio, Roosevelt; Denise Bartholomew, N. Platte, Nebraska; step-children, Marlene Stansfield, Ogden; Lori Deysie, Lake Havasu; Dale Mortensen, Midvale; Theresa Mortensen, South Jordan; Bryan Mortensen, San Diego; Brent Mortensen, Salt Lake City; Misty Carter, Sherwood, Arkansas; Aaron Mortensen, Magna; and Micheal Mortensen, Cottonwood Heights; 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; sisters, Valorie Roush & Cynthia Smith, both of Iowa.
She was preceded in death by a son, Rocky Jack Barton; parents; and a grandson, Tyler Deysie
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary. There will be a viewing that morning from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
Following the services, there will be cremation.
